Minimum order requirement:
There is no minimum order requirement as such. We can even supply single product. However economically it proves expensive due to the insurance and courier charges which are almost same till value $5000. Also ordering few products will not attract bulk pricing.
How does it work?
We have our own designs catalogue, some of our common export running designs have been uploaded on our website (ace-gems.com) We can incept our business relationship with a small commercial / trial order where you get to evaluate our product quality and workmanship. Designs can be given by Your Good Self along with the specifications. Alternatively you can also choose designs for sample order from our website and let us have the design numbers and specification along with quantity so we can work our the estimates and send it across to you.
On receiving the estimates, if they suit your demand, and you wish to go ahead with placing the sample order, you will have to Issue a Purchase Order (P.O) on our company i.e. Ace Gems with the order details. Against which we will raise a Profoma Invoice (P.I) with our bank details for wire transfer.
The production will start once the payment is received. A production and delivery schedule will be emailed to you with stipulated number of days to produce.
Our pricing:
We would call our prices reasonable comparatively. But we can make it competitive as per your requirement, order size and relationship.
Payment Policy:
We abide by our Company Policy which is advance payment against the order. The payment is to be made vide Bank Wire Transfer.

Manufacturing Capacity:
We can comfortably give a production of 2 to 2.5kg i.e. (2000gms to 2500gms) per month in
Preset Gold Mountings, 1 to 1.5kg i.e. (1000gms to 1500gms) in terms of studded jewellery in gold per month.
Incase of Rudraksha Pendants – We can make bulk production of around 10000 pcs per month (Ek Mukhi pendants) and in general 3000 – 4000 pcs depending on the design.
